The supply chain and logistic sector have seen a massive disruption due to Covid-19. With social distancing and restrictions leading to increase demand for delivery services, huge pressure has been placed on the entire global, regional and local supply and logistics chain, consequently disrupting back end inventory and warehousing, including delivery and logistics operations for last mile in the region.

This has exposed technology and innovation gaps across the sector when it comes to automation and transformation and many supply chain and logistics companies, manufacturers'. retailers and businesses are realising the need to scale up and ensure that they have technology and innovation driven supply chain processes and systems to withstand this pressure and weather the pandemic while future-proofing their operations in this new normal.
